When You Can Use This Form

EU consumers have a right under Directive 2011/83/EU (and the implementing national law, e.g., the Polish Consumer Rights Act) to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.

Important — digital content exception (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 38(1)(13) UPK). When you start your My Evening subscription, you are asked to expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service before the withdrawal period ends, and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. If you gave that consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply and this form is not available to you.

If you did not give that consent (for example, if you have downloaded the app but never opened a subscription session), or if your local law preserves the right of withdrawal in your circumstances, you may use this form within 14 days of the contract date. App Store refunds are handled separately by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How to Send

You can submit the completed form by:

  • Email to legal_myevening@rongan.me (preferred — we will send a confirmation of receipt within 1 business day)
  • Postal mail to the address above

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the contract using the same means of payment used for the original transaction (Apple App Store), at no additional cost to you, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Reimbursement is processed via Apple under their refund policy.
