4. Distribution

The My Evening iOS app is distributed exclusively through Apple's App Store. Apple Inc. (and its regional affiliates, including Apple Distribution International Ltd. in Cork, Ireland for the EEA/UK) acts as the merchant of record for App Store and in-app purchases. Apple collects and remits applicable consumer VAT/GST/sales tax to local tax authorities and pays the operator the net amount.
